Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Egypt Travel Tours LLC, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change. We strive to provide fair and transparent policies for all our clients. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking your journey.

1. Cancellation by the Client

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to booking@egypt-travel-tours.com. The date of cancellation will be the date we receive your written request.

  • Cancellations received 30 days or more before the departure date: We will issue a full refund, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of $100 per person.
  • Cancellations received 15 to 29 days before the departure date: We will refund 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • Cancellations received 14 days or less before the departure date: Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued.

Note: Certain non-refundable items booked on your behalf (such as domestic flight tickets, specific hotel deposits, or special event tickets) are not eligible for a refund at any time.

2. Changes to Your Booking

If you wish to change your travel dates or itinerary, please contact us at least 30 days before departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any additional costs imposed by our suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.).

3. Refund Processing & Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation.

  • If you paid using a financing or installment partner (e.g., Klarna, Affirm): The refunded amount will be sent directly back to the financing company to reduce or clear your loan balance. Please contact your financing provider for details on how the refund affects your specific installment plan.

4. Cancellations by Egypt Travel Tours LLC

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or supplier bankruptcy). In the rare event that we must cancel your trip, you will receive a 100% full refund of all payments made to us.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost belongings.
