Welcome to Egypt Travel Tours LLC. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Reservations
To secure your reservation, you must inform Egypt Travel Tours of your request. A company representative will contact you to finalize your request and send the itinerary for final confirmation. You must confirm all details and pay the required deposit to secure your booking.
2. Payment Policy
Currency: All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). We accept online payments using Visa / MasterCard credit/debit cards, as well as payments processed through third-party Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) financing partners, subject to their approval and availability."
Deposit: A specified deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation, including hotels, cruises, domestic flights, and other relevant services. The remaining balance must be paid prior to or upon arrival at the final destination, as agreed upon during booking.
Installment Payments: We plan to offer installment plans through approved third-party financing partners. In this model, the financing partner pays the full amount to Egypt Travel Tours upfront.
Card Processing: If you pay by credit card, the transaction will be processed securely. You may be required to provide standard identity verification documents upon arrival to prevent fraud.
3. Changes and Cancellations made by the Traveler
Cancellation requests must be sent by email to provide the company with written confirmation. If you decide to cancel your trip, the following rate table will apply:
Standard Cancellation Policy (Not applicable for high season):
From the date of booking up to 61 days before arrival: 10% of the total tour price.
Between 60 and 31 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour price.
Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price.
Between 14 and 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total tour price.
Cancellation Policy for High Season (Christmas, New Year, and Easter):
From the date of booking up to 61 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour price.
Between 60 and 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price.
Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price.
Between 14 and 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total tour price.
Note: Airlines charge their own fees for domestic and international flights, subject to the airline’s terms and conditions.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are normally made to the same account and using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. If a client used a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) provider, the refunded amount will be returned to the financing company to clear the client's loan balance.
No refund is possible in the event of a customer’s absence (No-show) with a reservation already made. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
5. Force Majeure
Egypt Travel Tours offers flexible cancellation policies in case the government or airline issues any notice affecting the country of departure or final destination. If this happens, we will refund the amount paid for the tour package or, in some cases, your payment will be available as a travel voucher valid for 12 months. Only flight cancellation fees and bank surcharges will be deducted.
6. Accommodation and Lodging
Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two people sharing a double room. Rooms for individual occupants are available for an additional fee. Hotels are named as an indication of quality and rooms can be booked at other establishments of equal or similar quality. Published prices include tariffs and other costs at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
7. Children Policy (Sharing room with parents)
For Nile Cruises packages and hotels: Under 2 years: free. Under 6 years: 25% discount. Under 12 years: 50% discount. Over 12 years: considered adults.
For tours and shore excursions: Under 6 years: free. Under 12 years: 50% discount. Over 12 years: considered adults.
(If your tours include domestic flights or ferries, an extra fee will apply for each child).
8. Responsibility and Liability
The Company acts only as an agent for travelers regarding rail, boat, aircraft, or any other means of transport. Egypt Travel Tours does not assume responsibility for injuries, damages, losses, delays, or irregularities resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond our control: weather, acts of God, force majeure, government acts, wars, civil unrest, strikes, thefts, or mechanical breakdowns. No liability is accepted for any additional expenses.
9. General Terms of Use
Governing Law: Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to this website will be governed and interpreted by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Age Requirement: Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as a user of this website and are not permitted to transact.
Compliance: egypt-travel-tours.com DOES NOT negotiate or provide any services to any OFAC sanctioning country (Office of Foreign Assets Control).
Transaction Records: The cardholder must keep a copy of the transaction records and the merchant’s policies and rules.
Contract Acceptance: The contract consists of the acceptance of the customer’s reservation by the company. The payment of a deposit via bank transfer, credit card, or financing partner indicates that the customer has read and accepted all terms and conditions.
10. Complaints and Support
